Le poste

Your responsibilities:You are responsible for the implementation of our client's cloud solution at customers: You assess the customer's current situation, analyse and understand their needs. You find innovative solutions and suggestions to improve the customer's use and experience.You are also responsible for the training and support of customers: You prepare the training material and keep it up to date. You also support the customers in case of an emergency.You help our client' sales team and partners: You support them in the sales process through product positioning, key benefits and presentations to customers and prospects.Product definition: You will be involved in the company's product definition. You work together with the R&D team on new ideas based on your experience and contacts with customers and prospects.

Le profil recherché

Your profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialisation in Finance, Accounting or Management Reporting.

Experience: Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in financial software implementation or accounting management (reporting, budget, financial analysis,...). But most importantly, you have the ability to understand and challenge the needs of CEOs and CFOs, so a good educational background in finance/economics is a must.

Languages: French is your mother tongue and you are also fluent in English, Dutch is a +

Skills: You have strong communication, written and problem-solving skills (detecting, solving, optimising). You have strong analytical and logical thinking skills. You show real learning abilities.

Behavioral skills: You are customer-oriented. Teamwork is in your DNA, but you are also able to work independently. You are a fun and dynamic colleague.

Interest: You show a great interest in technology.
