We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst within our department part of Volvo Group Trucks Technology. We are currently upskilling our teams in Data Analytics and are therefore looking for a person who is skilled and enjoys teaching, coaching others to grow. About usQuality & Customer Satisfaction organization is part of Volvo Group Trucks Technology. Our mission is to identify and prioritize product quality problems that need to be solved by being the “voice of the customer” and acting as a bridge function between different entities & brands of the Volvo Group.Our main task is to initiate and drive quality related pre-studies with high speed in the most efficient way to prioritize and secure that our customer’s top issues are being solved. What will you do?As Senior Data Analyst, you will be the first-level support of the team members with regard to data analysis and the use of the Group's analysis tools. You will be responsible for understanding needs, identifying, analyzing/modeling and visualizing data in order to gain strategic and business insights. You may also be required to do advanced analysis, as part of a cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing.In addition, you will take part in the development of analytical skills within our department by training our team members and ensuring that they have the best methods and tools for analysis.
